1/ CS_HHO_ASYNC_CTRL_SWITCH (Asynchronous Reconfigure Switch for CS HHO)
When this switch is turned on, the RNC does not put the activation time information element (IE) in the hard handover configuration message for CS services. After receiving the message, the UE immediately activates the configuration.
When this switch is turned off, the RNC puts the activation time IE in the hard handover configuration message for CS services. After receiving the message, the UE activates the configuration at the specified activation time.
