1. URL: hy-visitor.sv3.us
2. You’ll need your username and password to log in.
3. Enter password manually, do not copy/paste.
First Time Login- Reset your password
1. Reset Password on login page.
2. Enter login name (your work email).
4. Check your email and follow instructions.

EVENT DETAILS
1. Enter event title in Visit Summary.
2. Select the Location where the meeting will take
place (your floor).
3. Optional: add event description in Notes; notes will
be seen by your guests.
4. Select the Date and Time of meeting using the
calendar widget.
5. Select the Duration of the event.
6. If this event repeats, select weekly/monthly and indicate the
days of the week they are visiting. (Be sure to select an end date
with the calendar widget).
7. Next.

ADD VISITORS
1. If a new visitor:
a. Fill-in all required fields: Visitor’s Name, Visitor Type,
Visitor’s Company Name, Visitor’s Email, and Visitor’s
Mobile Number (optional if you would like them to receive
an SMS notification).
b. Create New Visitor and verify that the
information is correct.
2. If it is a returning guest, their information will auto populate.
3. If it is a returning guest for whom you need to edit/update
information this can be done in your Contacts section.
4. Add Visitor.

FOR LARGER GUESTLISTS UPLOAD VISITOR LIST
1. Generate Multiple Visitor List to download the template.
2. Fill out the template with the visitors’ information
3. Save the file to your computer
4. Selecting Choose File and upload
5. Verify that all the names are correct and there are
no duplicates
6. Next

ADD ORGANIZERS
An organizer is the person who is scheduling the event; you
can add multiple organizers to the event. They will get a
notification when the visitor arrives.
1. Enter email address.
4. Check Notify on visitor arrival box for all organizers
to be notified.
5. Select Next.
3. To remove organizers, Remove.
2. Add.

DOWNLOAD VISITOR REPORT
To download a CSV of past, present, and future visits.
1. Click the Visitors tab along the top navigation.
2. Then, click Visitor Reports.
3. Click on Search Visitor to Generate CSV
4. Select the date range (calendar widget will appear).
Select the dates.
5. Click Search.
6. Then select Generate CSV.
7. When the document is done select Download

• Admins can Invite new users to setup an SV3 account by entering the user’s email address.
• Provide other users with permission to Schedule Visitors and View Visitors.
• Select a Primary Contact for the company (This person will show up in the building directory for walk in visitors)
