Omega 700The Omega 700 combines many years experience producing both single head and contra rotating, multi head grinders. For the first time two working principles have been unified.

The new Omega 700 works with the high speed of single head grinders and with the high grinding pressure of a contra rotating multi head grinder. The result is a unique, new machine which is perfect for a wide range of applications and floors. Use the grinder for maximum speed in surface preparation, for the aggressive grinding of concrete, removal of coatings, seals and glue and the same machine for polishing Terrazzo, design floors, natural stones and coatings.

The most advanced two speed grinders available. The wide range of grinding tools and operating options make the DELTA grinders extremely versatile.

They can grind most types of floors including concrete, terazzo and asphalt. The DELTA grinders are ideal for surface preparation prior to the application of epoxy and similar coatings. They will effectively remove rubber deposits, adhesives, bituminous coatings and impacted dirt from factory floors.

The DELTA grinders are incredibly easy to operate and can be used with an industrial vacuum for a dust free working environment. Vibration and noise levels have been reduced to a minimum for the operator's safety and convenience.

The unique triangular shape of the grinding tools increases the performance and the overlap created helps prevent the "rings" normally associated with twin headed grinders. With no gap between the discs it is now possible to walk forward with the machine. The finish achieved with DELTA grinders is extremely fine and swirl free, requiring only a minimum of coating to cover.

CT160The CT160 Hubbel planer / scabbler is an essential machine for all commercial and industrial flooring contractors. Ideal for many floor preparation tasks including the removal of adhesives and coatings. The CT160 is simple to transport and is ideal for confined areas and those with difficult access. Lightweight and portable yet durable,strong and effective. Simple and safe to operate with only minimal training required.

The long life cutter drum assembly has four 12mm, hardened cutter shafts and a full width hexagonal drive shaft to ensure maximum reliability and service life. 45 mm diameter TCT, Beam and Milling Cutters can be fitted. The surface finish achieved can be varied depending on the ratio of cutters and spacers selected.

The CT 160 uses the "industry standard" 45 mm cutters and allows preparation to within millimeters of walls or obstructions. The cutter type can be changed in minutes to meet site requirements simply by removal of the main drum assembly.

The CT 250 long life drum assembly is massively strong, with 16mm flail shafts and full width hexagonal drive. The 60 mm dia TCT, Beam or Milling cutters can be fitted in various configurations for a wide range of applications including the ever popular grooving of concrete floors in cowsheds.

CT250 Power Drive & Diamond Planer

CT250 Power Drive is available with a three phase (7.5 kw) electric motor or 11hp petrol-engine. The integral drive motor is powered from the main electric supply or from an alternator fitted to petrol-engined models, the latter providing total independence from an electrical power supply.

The variable speed drive improves productivity, control and surface finish, greatly reducing operator fatigue. Used with TCT or Milling Cutters consistent results can be produced over extended periods. Operating the cutter drum in the reverse direction, up-cutting, the CT250 will remove the toughest of coatings with minimal operator effort.

The Diamond Planing head and standard ‘flail’ drum are interchangeable on the CT250. The Planing head can be configured with up to five 40 mm wide planing rings, each ring is fitted with 18 diamond segments. Combined with the accurate control features of the Power Drive system, the Diamond Planing head achieves a uniform finish with low levels of noise and vibration.

The CT320 with Power Drive will remove even the toughest coatings in a controlled manner, with minimal operator effort.

Using the heavy duty 80mm tungsten tipped cutters with either 8 or 12 tips. The Power Drive ensures maximum performance from these heavy duty cutters with only a minimum of physical effort. Vibration damped handlebars ensure operator safety and comfort.

The CT350 is our widest planer. It is ideal for many surface preparation tasks including the removal of coatings and laitance as well as general scabbling and planing. It is also very popular for grooving and texturing large areas to improve slip resistance. A Power Drive option further improves the performance of this proven machine.
