Note:

Support for Microsoft Outlook 2003 has been deprecated.

Please note that any email client (including web based clients) can be used to read

protected emails. You just need the basic Seclore FileSecure Desktop Client installed

on the machine.

Your Policy Server needs to be licensed to send protected emails from within

Outlook.

Supported file extensions: pdf, doc, xls, ppt, docx, xlsx, pptx, txt, rtf and csv.

Data Classification

Files with following extensions are supported for classification: doc, xls, ppt, docx, xlsx,

pptx, odt, ods, odp, pdf

Files protected with Open/Edit password cannot be classified.

Digitally signed files cannot be classified.

Important Notes: Additional license may be required for enabling support for certain components / file

formats.
