  Accomplishments – FY11 ◦  Web Content Management System (CMS)   Set up University-wide admin roles

  Web Services supports 12 distinct CMS accounts, each with their own dedicated administrators

  Coordinated training for web professionals and end-users

  Assisted in updating and revision of web content   As of March 16, 2011:

  230 users in the CMS   Over 7300 web pages moved into/created in the CMS

  Coordinated transcription/captioning of a backlog of over 60 WIU videos on YouTube

  Provided accessible Microsoft Word document crash courses to campus faculty/staff   in partnership with Disability Resource Center

  Accomplishments – FY11 ◦  Other   Coordinated and hosted a 3-day peer-training

workshop in August for campus web professionals   Created process for requesting web spotlight features

from over 30 different campus areas   Designed initial Single-Sign-On authentication login

screen for use in upcoming CAS-ified applications
