The finn shall produceacceptance test certificate along with the supply ofequipment, for all the parameters for the UPS offered(same serial number and model) from CPRI, Bangaloreor from Dept. of Electrical Engg.,NIT Calicut.Corresponding test charges shall be borne by the finn.Rejection of the UPS for not satisfying the technicalspecifications or delay in supply /installation as per theabove conditions without valid and sufficient reasonssatisfactory to us, after placing purchase order will leadto blacklisting the finn and/or further penalty as decided
