(I) Technical specification (for each item given herein serial number vise from 1-38) with supportingprinted manual or catalogue for technical items,for the model offered and type test report of themodel offered (attaching a copy of thespecification indicating "comply" IS notacceptable). Technical specifications /Deviationsif any shall be highlighted for each item quoted inserial number vise.

(2) Specify clearly the model, type, make, indicatingoutput power and cU'rrent

(3) Full technical data of the battery offered and shallprovide calculation to show the number of cellsrequired and their capabilities which shall matchthe load requirement and 'the chargingcharacteristics of the UPS requirement beingoffered.(battery back up calculation with batterydischarge/UPS efficiency at different loads shallbe submitted)

(4) ,List of institutions In India where the samemodel/makeirating is commissioned

(5) Nearest servIce center shall be indicated.Maximum response time shall be 24 hours for theservice call. The tenderer shall provide evidence andundertake that round the clock on-call service isavailableto attend to systemfailure.

(6) Certificate of approved dealership from theoriginal manufacturer, if required

(7) AMC charges (after 3 year warranty period)without any conditions for 4th and 5th year shallbe separately specified in the offer

The item will be accepted only after the organisation issatisfied that it is strictly in compliance with the abovetechnical specifications. The finn shall produceacceptance test certificate along with the supply ofequipment, for all the parameters for the UPS offered(same serial number and model) from CPRI, Bangaloreor from Dept. of Electrical Engg.,NIT Calicut.Corresponding test charges shall be borne by the finn.Rejection of the UPS for not satisfying the technicalspecifications or delay in supply /installation as per theabove conditions without valid and sufficient reasonssatisfactory to us, after placing purchase order will leadto blacklisting the finn and/or further penalty as decided
