trips by 23, with an addition of 26 trips during the a.m. peak hour and 39 trips during the p.m. peak hour. The additional trips will not significantly impact the adjacent roadway systems.

site. Drainage: The site is located in the Rush Creek drainage basin. No
portion of the site is located within a FEMA designated floodplain and no significant drainage impacts are expected to result from development of this site, as long as the developer complies with all relevant city ordinances.
