We are always sad to see our campers leave, so wemake sure to have a fun-filled send off with ourFriday Night Festival. Parents ang guests arewelcome to join us for dinner (5:00pm) and arewelcome to stay and enjoy a brief program, wherecampers show off what they have learned throughoutthe week.

Meal Tickets may be purchased at the door for $7per person, and $3 for children 5 and under.

NOTE: Abbreviated camp programs have a Festival at5:30pm on their day of departure.

Non-Parent/Guardian Pick-Up: If a child is to leavewith someone other than their guardian, a signedverification slip will be requested.

When you arrive, our staff will be on hand to welcomeyou. Please be prepared to update your child's healthhistory, if necessary. Please bring any medications inwith you to check-in.

Weekly check-in begins Sunday at 2:00pm and runsuntil 4:00pm.

Temperature Checks In order to continue to provide your children with thesafest environment possible, the temperature ofevery camper will be taken upon arrival. Thank youfor helping us make Camp Wartburg a safe andhealthy place.

A full refund less $15 will be given for cancellationsmade more than 30 days in advance of a camper'sarrival.

Registration deposits for cancellations made lessthan 30 days in advance of a camper's arrival will notbe refunded.

NOTE: Camp Wartburg reserves the right to cancelany program at its own discretion due to lowregistrations or unforseen complications.

Account balances and paperwork are due two weeksprior to the program start date.

Roommate Requests

To ensure you get into the same cabin group as yourbuddy, please place their name in the designatedspace online or on the registration form.

Confirmation of Registration

You will receive an email to confirm your registration.A "What-to-bring" list will be attached. You will berequired to fill out a health form for each camper (thisform must be updated annually), as well as anyadditional waivers. Necessary forms can be found inyour account online.

Early Bird Discounts
