SummerIn the days of the term,

Our minds get burn.

Teacher gives work,

And is as sharp as a fork.

Think if you didn’t do,

She says get out,

Shoo - shoo.

But most enjoyable are the summer’s ways-

More enjoyable than the term’s days.

I like to eat ice cream,

And, splash in the pool and scream.

On these days, I’ll be lazy,

Like in the garden, a swaying Daisy.
