Short descriptionThe dynamic, globalized and transparent world

requires new forms of collaboration and coopera-

tion to get things done. From organizing a smallteam to tackling global challenges, old hierarchicalmodels just wont do any more. The need for in-novation and dynamic interaction with our multipleenvironments is huge and asking for appropriaterapid answers, which cant be given by a single mind.In this module, we will address these issues andsearch for new ways of creative collaborationandtry them out.

Learning goals

Participants will be able to identify ve major eldsof collaboration: people, places, tools, values andideas. They will learn how to evaluate each eld for agiven team or project and will gain an understandingof how to successfully tackle the challenges raised byeach eld and by their interactive dynamics.

Participants will have an understanding of pro-cesses and methods of collaboration and will learnhow to design a collaborative process for their need.On a reective level they will learn how good col-laboration will have an effect on personal, team andglobal issues and why agile collaboration is a funda-mental factor for successful projects.

ActivitiesShort intensive inputs will give a solid background

and framework of collaboration theory.We will work on the design of a collaborative pro-

cess together, while collaborating in real time andreecting on our own activity while we go along.
