Introduction The LiveIQ SubwayPOS® Dashboard is a single location where SubwayPOS® franchisees and store employees can view important information without having full access to LiveIQ. The SubwayPOS® Dashboard displays information about sales, productivity, University of Subway courses, Operations Manuals, CRS metrics and Customer Survey data, work schedules, and messages. In addition, you can print all screens and reports displayed in the SubwayPOS® Dashboard.

When the POS has Internet connectivity, it automatically updates the content needed for metrics and reports for the last full week and stores that data. When you display the SubwayPOS® Dashboard or access reports, you access the stored data. This means that the POS does not need to be connected to the Internet. Similarly, when you send or receive messages, they are held until the POS is connected.

The SubwayPOS® Dashboard retains data for one year and automatically purges older data.

Download the SubwayPOS® Dashboard Browser You must install the SubwayPOS® Dashboard on your POS machine in order to use the SubwayPOS® Dashboard functions in LiveIQ.

1. Select Admin from the main tool bar on the LiveIQ screen.
