The ClampOn Subsea Particle Monitor is a non-intrusive instrument using passive acoustic andultrasonic technology. It detects the amount of sand/particles passing through the inside of thepipe. Fabrication of GRP Protection Structures

The combination of strength and flexibility of the GRP material used in the CSUB Protection Coversprovide unique properties to absorb energy from dropped object/trawls. Testing has beenperformed up to more than 300 kJ, and based on these result we can simulate and analyse anyimpact. High impact covers with approx. 500 kJ has been delivered and CSUB has designed coverswith impact requirement up to 800 kJ.

The Djuvik Lightweight Debris Cap is used to protect the subsea wellhead or "Christmas tree" H4connector.

The Djuvik LWDC functions as both a cap to prevent debris entering the wellhead and XMT and asa preservation cap to prevent degradation/corrosion of the connector. If the Lightweight DebrisCap is installed on a new type XMT (with TH and 2 plugs and no Internal Tree Cap), the DjuvikLWDC has a secondary function of locking down the TH during the production of the well.

The Djuvik LWDC is constructed using PA6 Nylon. The main advantage of this is that it will expandthe lifespan of both the Debris Cap and the connector. Due to the difference in materials, theLWDC will never damage the connector. Likewise, the Djuvik Lightweight Debris Cap will never beaffected by corrosion.

Seabox™ subsea water treatment system is an excellent tool optimizing water injection into thereservoir. It provides the flexibility to achieve improved reservoir sweep and the required pressuresupport, for increased oil recovery. Installed subsea, decoupled from topside facility, it disinfectsraw seawater and settles out particles. The Seabox has a standard treatment capacity of 40,000bwpd.

The Seabox can operate in water depths down to 3,000 meters, feeding treated water either to asubsea injection pump and/or as part of a SWIT™ technology configuration or to topside injectionpump and/or processing equipment. Ensuring full flexibility for waterflooding, providing anincreased recovery potential. It reduces energy and chemical consumption, and retrofit costs.

SeAlign misalignment connector:

Traditional subsea connections for rigid pipe spools require large bending moments for alignmentduring tie-in and connection, introducing high stresses in the piping. These stresses reduce theavailable capacity for operational loads from pressure and thermal expansion.

SeAlign connection system, available both for make-up by divers and by ROV, allowing up to 3degrees permanent misalignment, eliminates the tie-in bending moment. Using the SeAlignconnection system opens for design of shorter tie-in spools. Significant savings on vessel time,vessel size and hardware cost can be realized. The benefit may also be realized as relaxedfabrication tolerances and simplified designs, e.g. for compact pigging loops and flow controlmodules.
