Primo Marine was established in 1997 and is based in Rotterdam, which forms the hub of the Dutch marine industry. The original background is in dredging and in offshore oil and gas.

Primo Marine‘s owner’s engineer services offer the ideal team partner for Clients during the complete life cycle of a process. We bring knowledge and expertise to the project from

both the Clients and the Contractors side. Our background lies with the international offshore contractors, but nowadays we mainly work for the End Clients.

Track Record

Primo Marine has an extensive track record in the consultancy services for subsea power cable installation. Examples are the installation of the NorNed and BritNed HVDC cables. Primo Marine has been involved in the maintenance of both cable systems as well as in the preparation and the installation of multiple other HVDC and HVAC subsea power cables.
