provide retailers with a one-stop-shop for all

branding needs. We are here to provide you with

Subaru branded items, as well as items with your

store logo to increase brand awareness. You can

choose the ease of online, or call our dedicated

team who can help with custom orders.

Setting up your AccountRegistering for an account is easy. Simply click on ‘Login’ or ‘My Account’ to be prompted with the New User Registration page. This will take you through standard questions including Username, Password, Address. Once you’ve completed this, you’re all set!

Bill Straight to My AccountRetailers can charge purchases directly to their monthly statement.

1. When registering for an account on Subaru Gear, select ‘Retailer’ in the ‘Buying Group’ field. If you already have an account, go to ‘Customer Information’ from the ‘My Account’ page to update this field.

2. Upon checkout, you will be prompted to choose to pay with credit card or to charge your parts statement.

What can I purchase from Subaru Gear?

In-Stock GearIn-stock gear is available to ship same-day if the order is placed before 2:00 pm CT. In-stock gear has no minimums, so you can purchase as little as one. In-stock gear cannot be customized or co-branded with your logo.

Wholesale BusinessIf you sell wholesale parts, we have an assortment of items to keep your store top of mind with auto body & service shops. These items can be customized with your store name and contact information.

Love PromiseOur seasonal Love Promise assortment includes items that directly support these initiatives; perfect for events and giveaways. Subaru Gear offers in-stock items, as well as customized catalogs that allow you to browse a diverse array of gear.

Special OrderIf you are unable to find the item you need in the online store, or you see an item that you would like to co-brand with your retailer logo, we have a dedicated team available to help. Contact the special order team at 800.655.5556 or [email protected]

Express ServiceWe offer a variety of products to promote the service to your customers as well as essentials for your store. These items can be accessed through the MRC and are available exclusively to retailers enrolled in the Express Service program.

E-Certificates and Gift CardsE-certificates are available for on-demand purchase. These are ideal for recognizing an employee or owner on the spot, allowing them to shop freely on their own. Gift cards are also a great way to thank your Subaru Ambassadors!

SAF ReimbursementSAF is a reimbursement program for eligible advertising costs for Subaru retailers. As a retailer, you currently purchase Subaru Gear for your events—now you can have your invoice automatically submitted to SAF for reimbursement.

Before Checkout:• In order to complete your checkout, you will need your Event

Pre-Approval number (EPA).

- If you need to submit for an Event Pre-Approval number, visit SubaruAdFund.com or call a SAF representative at 866.717.2300.

At Checkout:• Select Retailer – Charge Parts Statement as your payment method.

• Enter your Event Pre-Approval number in the space provided. *Please note that an Event Pre-approval reference number is mandatory as the request will not be processed if this number is not available.

After Checkout:• If your EPA was entered at checkout, the process will be automated and

your invoice will be submitted to the Support Center on your behalf.

- SAF orders cannot be combined with other orders.

SAF Eligibility• Items purchased from the following categories are automatically

eligible for reimbursement; no approval code required:

• Wholesale Promotions• Love Promise (with the exception of any apparel)• Express Service (purchased from MRC; with the exception of

any apparel, headwear and name badges)

• All New Owner Event Gear items purchased from the NOE Gear departments will be automatically submitted for reimbursement. You must enter the code: NOEGear at checkout.

*Some items are not SAF eligible, please refer to the NOE Gear process to learn more.
