Aims:
• standardization of administrative procedures• standardize firms’ information at regional level• create a common platform for all public offices at regional level• collaborate at national level with “impresainungiorno.gov.it”

• simplify firm’s request• fill only one request• conclude administrative procedure within a fixed deadline
• respect law in force• respect a fixed work time • send firm’s request to competent authorities• facilitate firm’s requests sorting avoiding waste of time looking for competent
