● Give students time periodically during the year to work on the portfolio during class
● Periodically check on portfolios so students do not save work until the last minute
● Post a running list of items that students must include and should include

text evenly spaced out .
Just drag the layout that you like to your page.
Change your headerUse the features to come up with a nice header. Try adding your own image.
Add text/imagesBe sure to look at how the objects can be moved to create columns in the page. Look at layouts as well.
Embed a Google ToolUse the toolbar to embed a Google product that you already have in your Drive. Use the preview icon to see how your site will look in different platforms.

Ad d ing collabora torsAdding a collaborator gives the user permission to edit the site. You are st ill the owner.
You can also give specific people permission to viewthe site.
Pub lishing
The web address takes the name of your site.
You can change who views your site.
If you’re in a G-Suite for Education district , you can limit whether or not your site is viewed outside your district .
💡💡 Pro tip: If you’ve embedded something from our domain, it will not show up on a public site.
