Through these actions, MBS anticipates that Cedar Terrace will excel in three areas of sustainable development:
1. Environmental Impact: Less Energy and Water usage as well as smarter use and reuse of materials will yield lower greenhouse gas production, resource conservation, less waste and pollution and lower impact on public infrastructure.
2. Safe materials, improved indoor environment and walkable, transit oriented- communities will yield healthier families & children and a more socially connected community.
3. Financial Savings: Lower utility bills will yield
residents and tenants, our public partners and property management organization.
