Strategic Plan 2009-12 How are the Objectives to be

implemented?

Objectives are implemented through the development of strategies developed by each committee assigned to the objective. Each objective may have more than one strategy to implement the objective, so each objective may have multiple action plans.

Strategic Plan 2009-12 What is the role of the

Administrator? The Administrator is responsible for

ensuring that each goal is achieved through the objectives.

What is the role of the Chair? Provide leadership; ensure that action plans

are developed, ensure that minutes are submitted; prepare progress reports.

members? Serve on the committee or subcommittees;

help develop and prepare action plans.

What is an Action Plan? An action plan is a document that provides detailed

steps as to how a particular strategy will actually be accomplished in support of the goals and objectives.
