Access to the Strand7 FEA Software is available to students
enrolled in a recognised university course. As a student, you get
access to all Strand7 modules except for the API, with no limits on
model size. Access is provided through a license server managed by
Strand7 Pty Limited, so you must be connected to the Internet to
use the service. If you would like to request access, please read
on and follow the instructions carefully. Instructions
1. Provide the information requested below by typing directly
into the fields (hand written forms will NOT be accepted).
2. ALL fields must be completed, including page 2, which
requires you to provide details of a lecturer or educator who is
willing to confirm your enrolment, OR an official copy of your
current Statement of Enrolment from your university.
3. Save the completed form. 4. Email the form to
[email protected].
Cost Student access to Strand7 costs AU$10 per month, plus GST
(if applicable). You may purchase up to 12 months of access at a
time, depending on your requirements. If you require longer access,
you will need to submit a new application and pay for additional
access after this access period expires.

use:
1. You declare that you are enrolled in the abovementioned
course and that you are required to use the Strand7 software as
part of this course.
2. You agree to use the software only for your course work
assignments. No other use is permitted. 3. You agree to uninstall
the software at the end of the access period. 4. You agree to not
share your Student Access Code with anyone. 5. You understand that
to use the software you must be connected to the Internet, but that
the service is offered to
you without any guarantee that it will always be available,
without interruption, as and when you try to access it, although we
make every effort to keep our servers live at all times.
6. You understand that Strand7 Pty Limited does not guarantee
that the service will be offered after this access period
expires.
7. You understand that the software is offered “as is”; that
Strand7 Pty Limited makes no express warranties in respect of the
software or the correctness of the results it generates; that to
the extent permitted by law, Strand7 Pty Limited excludes all
implied warranties in respect of the software; that Strand7 Pty
Limited does not accept any liability for the actions or
consequences of anyone using this software.
8. You understand that access does not come with any technical
support or access to Strand7 Webnotes.

IMPORTANT: If you are paying with a foreign currency credit
card, please note that exchange rates fluctuate daily, and the
amount of foreign currency you will be charged will depend on the
exchange rate offered by your credit card provider. Note also that
some cards charge a fee for foreign currency transactions.

Should your application be successful:
1. Your credit card will be debited the above amount in
Australian Dollars (plus any charges added by your credit card

2. You will receive an email with download details and a Student
Access Code to activate the software. This will usually happen
within three (3) business days of receipt of your application
form.
3. Your access period starts immediately.
Should your application not be successful, you will receive an
email to inform you.
