WE GET IT. Whether you are busy or taking it slow, whether you own or rent your home here,we believe in the value of time well spent at the shore.

WE BELIEVE... You’re here because the seashore calls you

Breathe deep and smell the fresh salt air. The moment your feet touch the sand you are ten years old again and looking forward to spending the whole day in the surf…now it’s your kids and grandchildren who live the dream because you trusted us with one of the most important decisions of your life. Can you replace hearing the roar of the ocean from your open bedroom window on a balmy summer night? Perhaps the laughter of children mixed with the gull’s cry on a steamy summer afternoon? You alone have made your memories here and we are proud that we were a part of that and hope to help others build their own specialmemories for many years to come.

.

Although we’ve been here for over 60 years we start fresh every day. Whether long time or new, our clients and customers are never taken for granted. Managing desires is a business we take very seriously and strive to make the process of renting your beach home or second home ownership a reality for our island visitors. We realize that people come to Stone Harbor and surrounding areas for the same reasons we chose to live, work and play here.

YOU’RE HERE. SO ARE WE. WE BELIEVE.

When the Harbor Theatre opened in June 1949, it was a stunning example of late period Art Deco architecture - with a grand lobby, a single 850-seat theater, and was adorned throughout with classic Art Deco details.Today, the Harbor Theatre is being restored to honor its original Art Deco features and will include the latest industry advance-ments, thanks to brand new owners.

A treasure trove of original architectural elements and historical industry artifacts discovered during restoration, as well as items generously provided by the Stone Harbor Museum, will be on display. Patrons will have all the amenities of the modern theater experience. All will have the opportunity to take in a show in new rocker seats while enjoying an expanded variety of concession offerings, such as high-end burgers, craft beer, wine, and of course, popcorn! Theatergo-ers also will have the opportunity to watch from comfort of the theatre's original private balconies.

The crown jewel of the new Harbor Square Theatre will be the combination of two theaters into one large, sweeping space - featuring the largest screen in the area, stadium seating, and spectacular sound. The original stage still stands in the front of this space, and may one day be the host of various live performances…
