CONSOLIDATED REPORT

FOR THE MONTH OF JULY 2015

SEMINARS/ MEETINGS

Principal attended Review meeting on 11.07.2015.

Mr. Rajamani attended Pudhiya Thalaimurai seminar on 11.07.2015.

Principal attended IMS meeting on 25.07.2015 regarding Strength of

the school from KG to XII, Free bus pass, Mass tree plantation, Right

to Education Act.

In-service training programme was conducted for new staff of DFT

group of schools on 25.07.2015. nearly 86 staff attended the same.

Mr. L. Xavier Academic co-ordinator, Rev. Fr. Arulmani were the

resource persons. Rev. Sr. Gnanaselvam met the new teachers and

interacted with them. Tata class Edge training and demo was

conducted by Ms. Jeeva, Ms. Anandhi on the same day.

Parents meeting was conducted for the students travelling by Private

vehicle according to Govt.Order.

Mr. Anbazhagan attended meeting at Collectorate, Thiruvallur

regarding TNPSC Examination on 24.07.2015

Mr. Anbazhagan went to the treasury to check the question paper

and OMR sheets for TNPSC examination on 25.07.2015.

ACADEMIC

Go Smart- Handwriting Class is going on for Std III – V

Go Smart-Phonetics Class is going on for Std I & II.

Go Smart-Abacus class is going on for the registered students.

Regular Hindi class is going on for the registered students on

Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Robotics class was conducted by Sri Tech Academy for registered

students.

Weekly test is conducted for Std I – IX students during zero period in

all the subjects. Importance were given for paragraph questions,

dictation, brief answers & one mark answers.

On 11.07.2015 Mr. Rajesh Kanna C.A. gave a talk to the students

regarding “Chartered Accountant”. Students gave a positive –

feedback.

Concept attainment test was conducted every week for Std VI-IX.

Regular Saturday special class was conducted for Std X & XII on all

Saturdays.

Admin staff check Leave letters, Late comers, Home work notebook ,

Uniform, turn out checking, break , lunch duty, Notes of lesson,

Attendance, Rough mark, Assessment note, Question paper for Mid

term, and all other registers.

CELEBRATION On 02.07.2015 LKG tiny tots celebrated Balloons Day they learnt that

balloons are of many colours and it has air inside of it, we use balloons

for decorating and playing.

We celebrated Investiture Ceremony 2015 on 04.07.2015. Our Alumni

Mr. M. Karthik, Asst. Manager - Quality, INZI Controls India Ltd. – was the Chief Guest for the day. SPL, ASPL, House and Vice captains were

honoured by their parents with badges. Culturals were performed house wise based on themes, the day went on well.

o Yellow house – Welcome dance (Bharatha natiyam)

NSS & RSP clubs were inaugurated on 04.07.2015. Students were

honoured by the Chief Guest and Sr. Administrator.

On 15.07.2015 Pre-kg tiny tots celebrated Colours day in order to learn

various colors of the object.

Kamarajar’s birthday cum Tamil Literary opening ceremony was

celebrated on 16.07.2015. Mr. Vadivelu Tamil teacher was the chief guest

for higher class and Mrs. Mary Antony Teresa was the chief guest for the

lower class. Our Students exposed their talents by performing ulturals like

Dance, skit, speech based on the programme.

In order to inculcate the habit of eating fruits which are rich in

vitamins and minerals, our UKG tiny tots celebrated Fruits day on

20.07.2015. and they learnt shapes, colour and taste and importance

of each fruit.

On 24.07.2015 Pre-KG students celebrated “Balloons day” the class

rooms were beautifully decorated with different shapes and coloured

balloons.

OUTSIDE EXPOSURE 20 students were taken to Avadi to participate in the Expo Veettukkoru

Vignaani on 25.07.2015 organised by Puthiya Thalaimurai. Out of 176

schools, our school was placed II and they were selected for the State

level Expo.

5 students from Std VI-IX were taken to Thiruvallur to participate in

Pavendhar Bharathidasan Paadal reciting competition which was

held on 26.07.2015. Mr. Vadivelu accompanied the students.

Sports – Zonal Tournaments

On 13.07.2015 S. Janarthanan of Std XI won II place in 5000 mts

at 7th Junior district Athletic Championship 2015 conducted by

Thiruvallur District Athletic association.

GENERAL

Students have Sports and band coaching every day.

Sending the students (Trip, Auto, Parents) according to their mode of

transport.

Sr. Administrator, Principal & Admin staff are in attendance for

Working committee meeting every evening.

On 06.07.15 Secretaries of various clubs were selected. Special assembly was conducted on Zoonoses day. Students gave talk on

awareness of dog bite & Rabies.

PREKG & LKG students visited the Principal’s cabin, office, computer

lab and other classes on 09.07.15 & 10.07.15

LKG teachers collected fruits from the students they explained about

colors, shade, taste and its uses.

On 18.07.2015 - holiday for Ramzan.

On 13.07.2015 during the Assembly students conducted demo by

speech and displaying model on Effect of Global warming , World

population day.

On 14.07.2015 Debate was conducted on World population day by Std

XI G students in the assembly.

On 20.07.2015 during the Special Assembly students conducted

demo on the importance of First Aid. Talk by students about

Tuberculosis.

Neerarum Song practice was given for the students of Std VI-VIII

during the Assembly.

Dr. R. Pradeep Kumar, Associate professor and his team from

Saveetha Dental college conducted FREE DENTAL SCREENING

CAMP on 22.07.2015 for LKG students. 350 students were screened

charts & models were placed in regard of the celebration.

TNPSC examination was held in our school campus on 26.07.2015. 600

candidates attended the examination. 43 teachers from our school were

selected as invigilators.
