Monday Night Women’s Faith Study Women of the parish! Energize yourself. The Holy Spirit is calling you to take care of yourself. Opening God’s Word with the Sunday Scriptures. Reflection and prayer guided by parishioner Rick McLean has been moved to Wednesdays, 6:30—7:30pm in the Cry Room off the foyer. Everyone is welcome, men, women, and older teens. Attend when you are able; this one hour a week might become a priority when you discover the rich graces from this spiritual practice.

20th Annual Inland Northwest Catholic Men’s Retreat: October 27-29, “Continuing the Journey,

Helping Men Succeed in Today’s Secular World” Camp N-Sid-Sen on the east shore of Lake Coeur d’Alene Tim Staples, this year’s Retreat Master, is Director of Apolo-getics and Evangelization at Catholic Answers. Cornerstone Catholic Conference in Tacoma, WA, Octo-ber 20-21. “TOGETHER FOR LIFE AND JUSTICE.” The Bishops of Washington State invite you to join with them and Catholics from across the state. Keynote speakers include Bishop Robert Barron (YES, that Bishop Bar-ron!), Helen Alvare, and Ralph McCloud. St. Joseph pa-rishioners are planning to attend and carpooling and shar-ing hotel accommodations would be available. Contact Teresa in the Parish Office if you are interested!

Are you thinking about becoming a Catholic? The RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) offers a process that allows seekers to examine the Catholic faith more closely. The sessions at St. Joseph will begin again in September.

“School Shoes for Kids” thru August 12 Mission Community Outreach Center Shoe Drive

Awesome teens and their families, Thank you so much for all your help with the breakfast! You did an amazing job! We would also like to thank all the parishioners for their incredi-ble generosity as we raised over $800. Half of the proceeds will go towards our Rome/ France trip in June of 2019 and the other half will go towards our yearly events such as Steubenville, which takes place this weekend. We have 14 teens and 4 adults attending. We hope and pray that you continue to have an exciting sum-mer and are able to stay cool and rest in God's love.
