1. Go to www.bizfile.gov.sg
2. Click on ‘File eServices’.

3. Click on ‘Limited Liability Partnership’.
4. You will be re-directed to File eServices for ‘Limited Liability Partnership’.
Click on ‘Start a new Limited Liablity Partnership’ and select ‘Application to Register a New LLP’.
You will be prompted to Login via SingPass or CorpPass. If you need help, please refer to the step by step guide on Login.

11. Select ‘Positon Held’ and ‘Category Type’.

12. Enter ‘Date of Appointment’, ‘Name’, ‘Identification Type’, ‘Identification No’, ‘Nationality’, ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Contact Information’ and ’Email Address’.

16. Select ‘Date of Adjudication as Bankrupt’ if applicable.

18. Select ‘Start Date of Approval from Official Assignee/Order of Court’.

20. Enter ‘Reference No /Order of Court No’.

22. Click on Submit.

23. Verify the details in the Preview page and click on ‘Confirm’. If details are incorrect, click on ‘Exit Preview’ and make the relevant changes.
