Steel FlooringSteel FlooringOur open steel rectangular pattern flooring is constructed from mildsteel to BS EN 10025 Fe430A and is constructed by aforge–welding process. Serrated steel flooring offers improved antislip properties suitable for offshore.

We can also supply a range of Durbar Flooring in Mild Steel.

Stainless Steel All Stainless Steel flooring products are manufactured from Grade304 or 316 stainless steel to give good internal and externalprotection against corrosion whilst maintaining a highly visible andhygienic surface. Products can be supplied mill finish, electropolished, electroplated and/or mechanically polished.

Handrailing and standards are used in every type ofindustry, for platforms, stairways, gangways, towers,danger zones and where protection is required.

Ships Type Access Design & Engineering offers a ships ladder used for accessrequiring a slope of at least 650 up to 750. Ships type ladders offer asuperior means of access over traditional cat ladders owing to the slope,allowing easier ascent and descent.

GRP Bridge Decks

Designed for heavy duty trench crossingoffering a lightweight alternative toconcrete and steel whilst being extremelydurable and strong.

Capable of 2 metre span with an 11tonne slow moving wheel load andpedestrian loads up to 6 metre spans, the GRP bidge deck system hasmany important uses;

� Heavy duty trench crossings for plant and machinery� Pedestrian and cycleway bridge decking� Flooring with large superimposed loads� Decking on sign gantries and station platform

This system can also be used for temporary access during constructionphases on utility sites.

GRP Structures

Access Design & Engineering are pioneering the use ofGRP for large structural applications and heavy dutybridge units.

A complete system of interlocking GRP pultruded components now allow very large

structures and buildings to be fabricated which were not previously possible. GRP

Structures offer a realistic, cost effective alternative to traditional materials and can

Installation

In addition we employ qualified appointed persons to undertake crane plans inaccordance with LOLER.

All Managers are CSCS Card Holders and have undertaken a variety of training,including the CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme, IOSH Managing Safety andCITB Level 2 Working at Height Training
