Children’s Worship Service Activities

▪ Nursery (Birth - 3): Location - “Kid’s Creek”

Our fully-equipped and caring nursery is available during Sunday School and church time.

▪ Preschool Church Time (Age 4 - Kindergarten): Kids will meet in Room

A115-117 (Legacy pre-school room) for 9:00 am Sunday School and remain there during the entire morning worship service. Children not attending Sunday School will need to be brought to A115-117 prior to the worship service. At 11:30 am children can be picked up in the Church Lobby by their parents.

MercyWorks Market-Current Needs!

Our current needs for the MercyWorks Market are: Canned Goods: mixed vegetables, carrots, canned chili, ready to eat soup, baked beans, spaghetti sauce, ravioli, cream of mushroom soup. Canned Fruit: peach, pear, mandarin oranges, pine-apple. Boxed: spaghetti noodles, jelly/grape & strawberry, cold cereal, baking desserts, cake frosting, paper towels, toilet paper. Donations may be dropped off at The Hub. We appreciate your help!

2016 Ocean Commotion VBS

Week of July 10 - Save the Date!

Plan to join us for Ocean Commotion - Diving into Noah's Flood! Prepare for a boatload of excitement at Ocean Commotion, our summer VBS. Prayerfully consider volunteering for our Kids’ summer ministries. See Pastor Micah with any questions.

Kids Sunday School

Sundays, 9:00 a.m.

Kids Creek - Birth through 3 years old meet in the Kids Creek nursery area.

Elementary Sunday School - Our Pre-K to 5th graders will start out together in Room A129 (next to the Legacy pre-school room) and then go to their Sunday school classrooms. Please pick up your children in their class-rooms.

Women’s Ministry

Women’s Book Club

Monthly, Thursday, 7:00 p.m.

There is no book club in the month of May. We are looking forward to June when we will be reading “It Happens Every Spring” by Catherine Palmer and Gary Chapman. Check out the Book Club schedule on the website and watch “The Creek” for additional de-tails. For more information, contact Diana Pederson at 651-784-7121 or Joann Olson at 763-434-3131. Book Club is more than reading a good book!

WOW Spring 6-Week Study

Tuesdays, 9:30 a.m., April 19-May 24

Our Tuesday morning women are studying Lysa TerKeurst’s book, Twelve Women of the Bible: Life-Changing Stories for Women Today. Childcare will be available.

Graduating High School & College Seniors

Graduation Sunday will be June 12! Be sure to fill out the 2016 Graduation Information form at The Hub if you are graduating this spring from high school or college. Turn in your information no later than May 15.

Annual Church Garage Sale

June 17 and 18

We will be accepting NICE donations June 13-16 for our annual church garage sale. See insert for drop-off times. We reserve the right to refuse dona-tions based on its condition. Please no TVs, com-puters, or exercise equipment! All proceeds will go to the Youth trips. For any questions, contact Nate Temp.

Franklin Graham’s Decision America Tour

Thursday, June 16, 12:00 p.m.

Plan to join us for prayer at the Decision America Tour Rally with Franklin Graham on June 16 at the Minnesota State Capital, Capitol Lower Mall, 75 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., St Paul, MN 55155. Sign up at The Hub if you are interested in attending. We will plan to meet at church and take a bus. More details to follow!

Join us Saturday morning at 8:00 am for the 1 Timothy study, “To The Householder.” This study will equip men to lead in their homes, the church

and public life. Our last study: May 21.

Primetime Ministry

Spring Senior Day at Camp Lebanon

Tuesday, May 17 “Young at Heart”

Adult Seniors are invited to Camp Lebanon for a full day of activities, great food, concert by “The Songmasters,” and guest speaker, our own Pastor Jerry Birkholz. Stop by The Hub for more information or to sign up. We will be leaving at 8:00 am sharp from MCC to arrive in time for coffee and treats. Questions, call Diane at 763-755-1438.
