Codes for various Formats (D) Log sheets - 1 Monthly Registers - 2 Loose Formats - 3 Sample formats for the above are enclosed in this report For e.g. the Daily Log-sheet for EHV Transformers for Mandola S/S of NR-I shall carry a Form No of 105102. Similarly the register for Monthly Record of Energy meter readings at Bangalore S/S of Southern Region-II shall carry a Form No of 704201. Similarly, outage details in North-Eastern Region shall carry a Form No. of 500305. Sample Formats are enclosed in this report. Note: 1. For Automated/ Remote Operated Substations and wherever automatic data logging function

have been put in place, regions to ensure that operation datas are logged as per the standard formats only.

2. If new Sub-Stations are added in any Region, Regions to assign the next serial number and the same to be intimated to ISO Co-ordinator of CC/OS for records.

3. ER-II & WR-II have been assigned codes for Region (A) as 8&9 respectively. Sub-Station Numbers (BC) for the existing Sub-Stations to be retained and left out numbers to be assigned to new additions of Sub-Stations. The same procedure is to be followed by ER-I & WR-I also for the Sub-Stations which are transferred to ER-II & WR-II respectively.

STANDARD FORMATS FOR MONTHLY REGISTERS

+201 Monthly Record for Energy Meter Readings: The sample table given in the format is for a typical Line/ICT and the same format is to be repeated for each individual Line/ICT. Energy Meter readings taken for various lines/ICTs at 0000 hrs. is to be recorded.

+203 Daily Record of PLCC Counter Readings: These readings are to be taken in each shift and always after each tripping. Any increase in counter reading is to be analysed by T&C Engineer and comments recorded in Remarks column.

+204 Record of Issued PTW /SFT: Particulars of each PTW /SFT are to be recorded.

+205 Record of Outages: Outage of every line/ICT/Reactor to be recorded in this format, Category of tripping may be indicated as given in Annexure-I. If there is delay of more than 10 minutes between time of clearance for charging and time of charging, reasons are to be recorded.

+206 Monthly Record of Circuit Breaker parameters: CB counter and SF6 Gas Pressure Readings of each line/ICT/Bus Reactor Breaker for each phase is to be recorded at 1000hrs in the prescribed format, which has to be repeated for each line/ICT/Bus Reactor.

+207 & 208

Monthly Record of 220V/50V Battery Sets: Separate Registers bearing No. +207 for 220V Battery set and +208 for 50V Battery set are to be maintained. Separate sheet required for each battery bank. Readings are to be taken at 1000 hrs. One pilot cell to be monitored daily.

+209 Defects Record: Any defect observed by operation staff or maintenance staff to be recorded here. It is to be linked with PTW/SFT record.

+210 Record of Message exchanged: All type of messages exchanged between Substation operation staff and other Substations of POWERGRID or other agencies related with operation and maintenance matters are to be recorded. Sub-Station I/C is to counter sign the record of message exchanged.

+211 Daily Log Book: To be maintained by operation shift in-charge and to be properly handed over to next shift giving highlights of events, details of shut down or any precautions to be observed. Sub-Station I/C is to counter sign the log book every day.
