The Manager’s welcome
It has been an exciting time recently at St Margarets, we have welcomed many new team members to the group who are all absolutely fantastic. I am most excited about our new activities team, they are so creative and inspiring. They have really got the bit between their teeth and are creating busy activities planners daily for all the residents.

If you would like to get involved with any, please don’t hesitate to speak to Susana, Mario or Sarah. As always, I like to take every opportunity to thank the teams for all their incredibly hard work – I can’t thank them enough.

Song of the Month
The other night dear, as I lay sleeping I dreamed I held you in my arms
But when I awoke, dear, I was mistaken So I hung my head and I cried
You are my sunshine, my only sunshine You make me happy when skies are gray You'll never know dear, how much I love
you Please don't take my sunshine away
I'll always love you and make you happy
If you will only say the same But if you leave me and love another
You'll regret it all some day
You are my sunshine, my only sunshine You make me happy when skies are gray You'll never know dear, how much I love
you Please don't take my sunshine away!

We have had some wonderful feedback from the residents and relatives of St Margarets;
we really appreciate feedback of any kind. If you feel you would like to speak to us
about any aspect of your experiences at St Margarets, myself, Mary Dick (Deputy
Manager) and Lauren McKinlay Cunningham (Customer relations manager) are here to
talk to. On that note, I will leave you with some of the lovely comments we have
received about our fantastic team and home:
“The excellent staff are all so friendly and it is down to them that my sister recovered as
well as she did”
“Thank the team for the exceptional end of life care and additional support. We were
welcomed as a family to be part of the St Margarets family”
“After a couple of weeks at St Margarets, my mother’s complextion and health
improved. The nurses, carers, facilities food and activities are all excellent and the
change in Mother is apparent.”
