  • Literacy Strategy Update As part of the whole school literacy strategy Summerhill have introduced a learning outcome and keyword journal. This provides a structured method for students to take note of, and revise, the Learning Outcomes and Keywords for each topic in any of their subjects. The students are encouraged to review the keywords several times over the course of their study. This journal is compulsory for all 2nd and 3rd years students. For the present 1st years this journal is incorporated into their digital schoolbag by means of a free application called Note Anytime which all 1st years have on their I-pads, this application has all the features of the journal plus many more.
