Certificate of Lawfulness (proposed) - We would like to replace the existing

wall which is at the boundary of our property and the pedestrian path. The

reason for this is due to the current wall being unsafe. It doesn't look to be

sturdy and we are afraid that it may fall onto the path and road. Also due to its

height and the material used within the wall we are unable to see any

pedestrians walking along the path in front of our property when we exit our

driveway in our vehicles. There is also a risk of an accident with another road

user as we try to exit our drive due to our inability to see the traffic driving

from the village to St Albans. The road in its current state is causing a risk to

pedestrians, other road users and ourselves. We would like to replace the

wall with a lower brick wall with either a picket fence or railings to help us exit
