SST3 Leadership Network - Community Schools
Description: This community school leadership network fosters shared leadership through a process
of setting clear building goals with an emphasis on teacher learning and development. The network
empowers leaders by:
• Discussing topics, products, processes, and research
• Sharing best practices among participants
• Coaching leaders to build their capacity to move the work forward
• Strengthening implementation and monitoring processes
Audience: All community school leaders including OIP facilitators, principals/assistant principals and
teacher leaders.
