Surrey Real Estate Investment Club - #1 Real Estate Club in the Fraser Valley

I am honored to be the new organizer for the #1 Real Estate Club in the Fraser Valley. I strongly believe that you can have everything in life that you want as long as you help others get what they want!

I have been tasked with growing this club and helping the members achieve their goal of creating wealth in real estate. I am looking forward to helping you create a positive experience on your journey to building your real estate empire! I believe you can achieve this by building relationships.

We have big exciting workshops that will be of huge benefits to every member. We will show you ways to put money into your pocket without spending a dollar plus many other amazing workshops that will give you massive push to move forward in your real estate investing plans. We will bring in people who have made it happen and share their experience.

For those of you that have not met me yet, my name is Sua Truong. I am a high achiever and I have a passion for helping people who want to grow and make a difference in other people’s lives. SREIC is looking for a better home. For now, we will be using the Surrey Central Library.

The next location for our event will be held at the Surrey Central Library room 418. This is my current home for my Moneymasters Toastmaster club that I help organize.

We are constantly looking for sponsors and ideas for new sponsors that can benefit the group. We are open to suggestions and offers. Please email myself directly or the organizers of the club.

We would be providing coffee & tea as well as finger foods. It would be nice to have a wine & cheese event but the library does not permit such. If you have suggestions for a better location, we're open to hear it.

Why are we doing this?

We want to attract developers, retirees, angel investors, JV partners with liquid capital and others that can contribute with experience or skills to help every member to enable them to finally take action and acquire real estate. We also want to make it a fun night out for everyone.

We don't want people who are not serious to join us. If you are here to just make friends, that is great but we would prefer to have people who are serious about real estate that wants to take action. Telling your friends you are a real estate investor for years without actually doing anything is not going to help you build that future. We need to take action!

The only way for many of you to take action is to meet the right kind of people that CAN really help you take that leap into DOING rather than just TALKING. If you are serious about your future, let’s dress the part, play the part and put your money where your mouth is.

More opportunity to network before and after presentation (30 minutes before and 30-60 minutes afterward)

Dress code requirements (No jeans & t-shirt if possible). It is an investment club. How do you attractinvestors with money or people with deep pockets dressing poorly? Those people may judge your level of seriousness with how you are dressed. Let’s dress for success!

Spotlight speaking opportunities for members. Have a deal that you want everyone to know about or need aJV partner or investor? (Inquire for approval and details)

Monthly or yearly membership. We need members to help offset the cost of the facility and food &drinks. Currently monthly investment is $15 per event or annual membership for $120 (includes VIP Member gold name tag).

Promotion: For a limited time, each VIP Member can bring 1 free guest.

Open to Ideas – let us know of any great ideas you may have that could benefit the club or help other members in the club. If we implement your ideas, you will receive recognition.
