A. ADOPTION OF MINUTES:

1. (a) Mayor Ross indicated that he would like to clarify that Resolution No. R-066 made at the Regular Council meeting held on September 19, 1983, dealing with the referendum on biennial elections was, in fact, defeated, as it did not have the required two-thirds majority.

The r epor t added t h a t i t should be completed by 1986, but no c o n t r a c t f o r any ex tens ions as y e t have been negot ia ted. The Planner ind ica t ed t h a t two s t u d i e s have been done on extending t h e ALRT, one by B.C. T r a n s i t and t h e o t h e r by t h e GVRD.
