Beginning in spring of 2014, TTI presented trainings on topics
relating to trauma-informed services. We were able to offer these
workshops at no cost thanks to a grant from the Pennsylvania
Commission on Crime and Delinquency.
Among the trauma-specific interventions we highlighted were:
Seeking Safety and TREM. We also provided education and
technical assistance on trauma-informed organization culture change,
self-help workshops for clinicians and supervisors, and trainings
focusing on specific trauma-exposed populations.
We are pleased to offer the final training in this project on
March 11, 2016 to assist clinicians to more effectively work in
Group settings with clients and consumers who have experienced
trauma.
We welcome feedback on the topics presented in the
trauma-informed training series, as well as other courses we offer.
We strive to program our training institute with quality education on
relevant issues and topics of interest and utility to the field.
If you would like to see a particular workshop and/or trainer
included in an upcoming training series, please share your thoughts
with Diana Heckman at 610-432-7690 or via email
Thank you!
