Over the past months, despite tight economic times, we’ve kept our ambition and bucked trends with sell-out shows in our diverse and challenging programme – thank you for staying with us!

This season we’re delighted that the brilliant Gold Mountain, made with Les Deux Mondes, makes a return before heading to Sweden, London and Canada! We also have a unity first; a group of producers, FUEL, curating part of our season. They create innovative national and international performances

where you can participate in shows in the dark, immersive surround-sound sensations and events starting in one space and ending in another.

Shakespeare’s tragedy of ambition and guilt unfolds.

Employing sparse staging, whilst keeping the play intact, compelling, and fresh Platform 4 create a taut electric psychodrama that is brought alive by sound designer Jules Bushell and composer and guitarist Bic Hayes. Characters appear from the shadows and disappear into the darkness as part of a nightmarish vision.

Bar, Room Hire &Exhibitions...........................................................Bar Open 1 hour before and after shows, beat the queues by pre-ordering your interval drinks.

Room Hire Many of unitytheatre’s spaces are available for public hire at competitive prices. We’re able to accommodate anything from meetings, interviewsor auditions to small conferences. Due to performances our theatre spaces may not be available for hire after 6pm.

We are able to provide projectors, flipcharts, tea and coffee as well as facilitate catering (advance notice needed) for a small extra charge.

With discounts available for charity and community groups, unitytheatre could be the perfect place for your organisation or business.
