The April School Holidays are just around the corner and we encourage you to get out and about and enjoy the many ways you can be active in your local community, meet new people and have lots of fun.
Table TennisAfter School Competition
A new after school table tennis competition is underway at the Gardens Recreation Centre.
When: Wednesdays (during school term)

BasketballAdelaide 36ers School Holiday Basketball Camp
Where: Gardens Recreation Centre
When: 22, 23 and 24 April 9.00am – 3.00pm
Cost: $175 for three days
Includes: coaching from the 36ers players, a reversible training singlet, a ticket to a 36ers game, a camp photo and a certificate.

Aussie Hoops
Aussie Hoops is an introductory program coordinated by Basketball SA Development Officers giving children, aged five to 12 a fun taste of what basketball is all about. Your child will have the opportunity to learn some skills of the game in a fun, non-competitive environment.

Let’s Move – Easter School HolidaysA fun, exciting and dynamic day of sports, games and healthy competitions to help encourage kids to work as a team and develop new skills, improve confidence and a love and respect for themselves and others.

Advanced beginners 5.00pm – 6.00pm
Cost: $8.50 per lesson or $75 for the whole term (plus $15 registration) $13 includes entry into public skate session after the clinic.

School Holiday Roller Skating
Join in the fun and games of a day of unlimited roller skating during the Easter school holidays! Bring the whole family. All ages welcome, children must be supervised.

Sport for People with DisabilityGoalball
Goalball is a fast paced and skillful game designed for blind and vision impaired athletes. The game caters for the social participant right through to the Paralympics.

Boccia is a skillful, exciting an strategic sport that was developed to cater for people with varying levels of physical impairment. It provides pathways to the Paralympics.

Basketball
This is a fantastic session for those who want to get even more out of life by enjoying one of Australia’s favourite past-times, Basketball! The North Eastern Inclusive Basketball program is a non-competitive basketball program based on maximum participation for people with a disability.
The games are played with modified rules so everyone is welcome to participate. Opportunities available for both female and males of all ages and abilities.
