1. ____________________________________________ agrees to be an official sponsor of Sales Advantage 2020.

2. We understand that for sponsorships that include booths at Sales Advantage 2020, exhibitor companies are limited to one 8’x10’ exhibit space. We understand that we will not be allowed to purchase additional exhibit hall space. By using our exhibit space, we agree to the established exhibit hall guidelines and limitations as stated. LIABILITY: Exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, its owners, or managers that result from any act or omission of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, Marriott, its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any damages or charges resulting from Exhibitor’s use of the property. Exhibitor’s liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, out of, or by reason of any accident, bodily injury, or other occurrences to any person, or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees that arise from or out of the Exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, the Hotel, or any part thereof.

4. We understand that we may not invite conference attendees or speakers to other events at any time when conference events, including conference receptions and dinners, are scheduled. 5. We understand that attendee lists will contain the following attendee information: attendee name, job title, and company information. Email addresses will only be provided for specific attendees who wish to receive pre- and post-conference messaging from sponsors and exhibitors. These attendees will have elected to share their contact information with conference sponsors and exhibitors.

6. We understand that declining the exhibit space will not result in a lower sponsorship fee. Declining complimentary exhibit space will also result in the removal of exhibit hall-only passes from our sponsorship benefits package. We also understand that complimentary exhibit space cannot be exchanged for additional, complimentary full-conference passes.

7. We understand that we cannot request adjustments or substitutions to sponsorship benefits package items.

8. We understand that not all sessions will be open to sponsors. Complimentary full-conference passes allow entry to general sessions but will exclude breakout sessions and other proprietary presentations. The conference agenda will provide a full list of sessions open to sponsor attendees who hold full-conference passes. We understand that complimentary exhibit hall-only passes allow entry to the exhibit hall but exclude entry to all conference sessions.

9. We understand that additional full-conference passes for Diamond- and Platinum-Level sponsors will be available for purchase for $2,000 each subject to availability and Consortium Health Plans’ registration policies. We understand that exhibit hall-only passes cannot be upgraded to full-conference registrations. Any exhibit hall-only pass holder who wishes to attend conference sessions open to non-Blue attendees must purchase a full-conference registration. We understand that additional exhibit hall-only passes will not be available for purchase.

10. We understand that the use of Consortium Health Plans or Blue Cross and Blue Shield brand in videos, printed or digital material, promotion items, or other branded content is strictly prohibited without prior consent. Consortium reserves the right to approve product or promotional material that a sponsor provides. Consortium-provided promotional items may be co-branded with the consent of the sponsor.

11. CANCELLATION: All cancellations must be received in writing. If received on or before Wednesday, December 4, 2019, 20% of the total payment will be forfeited. There will be no refunds for sponsorships canceled after this date. Send cancellation notices to:

The exhibit hall will be open during breakfast, lunch, breaks, and the cocktail reception on Wednesday, January 22. In addition, below are other exhibit hall times to note.

Exhibitors should be sure that booths are operational by the time attendee registration opens on Tuesday, January 21, at 3:00 p.m. Exhibitors must not break down booths before the end of the event on Thursday, January 23, at 12:00 p.m. Any questions relating to exhibit hall decorative needs should be directed to Steele Tradeshows (http://steeletradeshows.com; [email protected]).

1. EXHIBITS: Exhibits include drayage, labor to install exhibits, and housekeeping of exhibit hall. Exhibits do NOT include draped tables, chairs, guard/security, electric, gas, water, packing tape, or box cutters. Any questions related to exhibit hall decorative needs should be directed to Steele Tradeshows (http://steeletradeshows.com; [email protected]). Move in is Tuesday, January 21, 2020, from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. From 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., the exhibit hall will be open during attendee registration. Booths will also be open during breakfasts, lunch, breaks, and the cocktail reception on Wednesday, January 22. Please notify Consortium if a third party is setting up or striking your booth. Consortium will need the name of the company, contact, address, phone, and email address. If the company will be delivering or removing boxes/crates, etc., Consortium will need the time of delivery and strike time. The third party will work directly with the hotel for delivery and vehicle parking. Consortium will dispose of any exhibit items left in booth after 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 23. Additional exhibit hall-only passes will not be available for purchase.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Consortium Health Plans reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any Exhibitor for inclusion in the exhibit hall. Consortium Health Plans’ acceptance of an exhibit space contract does not imply Consortium Health Plans’ endorsement of their product(s) or service(s). Exhibits and the conduct of Exhibitors are subject to the approval of Consortium Health Plans. Consortium Health Plans reserves the right to require the modification of any exhibit that it determines is not in character with the exhibit hall or conference. This regulation applies to literature, advertising, novelties, souvenirs, conduct of representatives, etc.

3. POSITIONING: Display booths and other exhibits shall not be placed in such a manner as to interfere with other exhibits. Aisles must be kept clear. Exhibits shall be arranged so that representatives will be inside the booth. Exhibit booth assignments will be determined by sponsorship level coupled with the order in which sponsors respond to an email from Consortium requesting their preferred booth location.

4. USE OF EXHIBIT SPACE: No Exhibitor shall assign, sublet, or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted without the knowledge and prior consent of the Consortium Health Plans Exhibit Manager. Each Exhibitor must keep an attendant in the display area during all open exhibit hours. All booth personnel must be employees or representatives of the Exhibitor. Attendants must register and wear lanyards and conference badges. Any activity, game, or set design is to be placed inside the booth and may not exceed the booth parameters. Drawing/raffle plans and prizes must be pre-approved by Consortium Health Plans Exhibit Manager at least one month prior to the opening of the exhibit hall.

5. SPECIAL VISUAL AND SOUND EFFECTS: Audio-visual and other sound attention-getting devices and effects will be permitted only in those locations and in such intensity as, in the opinion of Consortium Health Plans, do not interfere with the activities or enjoyment of neighboring Exhibitors. Audio-visual effects of purely entertainment character, without educational or informational value, will not be permitted.

6. RIGHTS OF MANAGEMENT: Should any emergency arise prior to the opening date of the conference that would prevent its scheduled opening, as determined by Consortium Health Plans, it is expressly understood and agreed that Consortium Health Plans may retain as much of the payment for exhibit space as necessary to cover expenses incurred up to the time of such emergency.
