The length of an assessment depends on the age of the child & the presenting problem. Some children have had many previous assessments with other professionals and so a comprehensive assessment may not be needed. Assessment is an ongoing process that we use to design individualised therapy and monitor progress. Assessment provides a clear understanding of your child’s strengths and weaknesses which in turn allows us the opportunity to advocate more fully on your child’s behalf.
We assess, diagnose & treat all aspects of reading and writing in children & adolescents.
We have a strong linguistic, neuroscience, psychology & audiology background that we bring to the treatment of children with dyslexia & specific learning difficulties.
We help with Literacy
Our therapists believe in equipping children with the skills necessary to learn in the digital age. We teach children to use assistive software & new media technologies to engage with the content of their school curriculum.
We help with Assistive Technology

We offer individual therapy sessions or focused small group intervention in the school holidays. Each has their place depending on your child’s presenting problems and needs.
