Barge is equipped with Pipe Lay Gears suitable to lay 4” – 60” OD Pipelines.

14. MOORING SYSTEM

• 8 Point Mooring System • 8 Nos. self adjusting fair leads with 8 - 10 MT Delta Flipper Anchors. • 8 Anchor Lines with 1500 mtr long × 48 mm diameter wire rope on

each. • 8 Nos. PLIMSOLL Electro-hydraulic Single Drum Winches, with capacity

of 50 MT at 10 mtr / min each. • All Mooring Winches are controlled from the Barge Tower. • All anchor lines are fitted with sensing devices for measuring tension,

wire rope pay in/out & length. Winch Drums are monitored by CCTV system from the Tower.

15. SERVICE TANKS

• 6 Nos. Fresh Water Tanks with total capacity : 2,000 Cu.M. • 2 Nos. Potable Water Tanks : 500 Cu.M • 4 Nos. Fuel Tanks with total capacity : 685 Cu.M. • 15 Nos. Ballast Water Tanks with total capacity : 2,400 Cu.M



16. ACCOMMODATION

The Barge is equipped with air conditioned quarters for 250 personnel with galley, recreation rooms, hospital and offices. The available cabins are as follows:-

• Single - Berth Cabin : 06 Nos. • Twin - Berth Cabin : 18 Nos. • Four - Berth Cabin : 52 Nos.

17. HOSPITAL

Located at Main Deck level. Hospital is equipped with Medical Equipment, Accommodation for Medic & Bed for the observation of the patients.

18. HELIDECK The Helideck (24 mtr x 19 mtr) is located at the BOW of the Barge and

suitable for the landing of Bell 214 type of Helicopters. Helideck ‘D’ value is 18.95 mtrs.

19. VENTILATION & AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

• Air conditioning is provided with air handlers throughout Accommodation and Offices.

• Air Conditioning Ducts are provided with adjustable diffusers. 20. BARGE POWER

• 3 Nos. × 800 kW CAT Generators powered by 3508 Engine (380V, 50 Hz).

• 2 Nos. × 760 kW CAT Generators powered by 3508 Engine (380V, 50 Hz). (Main Generators are paralleled and synchronized).

• 1 No. × 240 kW CAT Generator powered by 3406 Engine (380V, 50 Hz) as Emergency Generator. (Emergency Generator starts automatically within 45 seconds in case of Main Generators failure).

21. WATER MAKER

• 2 Nos. × 40 MT/ day Aqua-Tech Reverse Osmosis Unit.

22. OILY WATER SEPERATOR
