SKILL AND PERSONAL MOTIVATION

1. What are your 3 main strengths and weaknesses? How do you overcome your

weaknesses?

My main strengths are i am friendly so i can easily close with others, i like to learn

new things and i like to be sincere with my work.

My weaknesses are i always get angry and blame my self when work can't be done,

but actually its because i am lazy. And sometimes i can't express my emotion.

I overcome my weaknesses with try do not blame my self anymore and focus on the

problem. And to express my emotionally i try step by step to express it.

2. How do you see yourself as a person, a teammate, and a leader?

As a person, I see my self as someone who mostly has my lack together but by

definition will never fulfill my unlimited potential, so there is a room to grow,

always some dissatisfaction. it's a combination of complishment urgency.

As a teammate, i am someone who always drop my ego and listen for their advice

and think about what they said.

And as a leader i see my self can affect others people to believe in me.

3. What is your biggest achievement in life?

My biggest achievement in life is when I can make the plant that even the waste

can be used.

4. From your point of view, what do you know about SPE UI SC?

SPE UI SC is a student chapter society that provide facilities to everyone that eager

to develop themselves to acquire enhancement about petroleum industry by giving

the chances in seminar, companies workshop and competition.

5. Describe what you expect and what will you get as member of SPE UI SC?

My expect if I am a member of spe ui sc, I can get so many knowledge about

petroleum so I can improve my soft skill and i could easier to get a job in oil and gas

industry because I am the one of spe member. And also, I can improve my English

skill.

6. What is your ambition for the next 3-5 years ahead and what is SPEs

role/contribution in it?

Graduated from UI and has been contract by international industry and looking for

experience of working there.Then Ill make my own factorywhich doesnt have a

waste. Certainly I could achieve all that because of spes contribution in it. SPE has

equipped me a lot of knowledge about petroleum. And one of the advantages of

being a member spe so I can get many links in international industry.

7. Are you willing to be an active member in any SPE activities? Describe in 20-40

words

Yes, I am. I am willing to be active in every event that organized by spe ui sc, such as

visit to the factories, competitions, seminars, and companies workshop.

8. Do you have any suggestion for SPE UI SC?

I suggest to make event like company visit to the other country.
