John R. Bode concentrates his practice on labor relations and employment opportunity. He has extensive experience representing many prominent national, regional and Tennessee employers in union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining, arbitrations, strikes, decertification petitions, wage and hour and other state and federal audits.

Alexia B. Borden became senior vice president and general counsel of Alabama Power, only a year after joining the company. She is both the youngest person and first woman ever to hold the position. She most recently served as the company’s vice president with responsibility for Governmental Affairs.

Karen M. Campbell is general counsel at BF Companies. She oversees all legal matters for privately held restaurant company and affiliates with restaurants and food service operations in 20 plus states; leads corporate acquisitions, divestitures, financings, entity formation, restructuring and contract negotiation; and oversees litigation and employment law matters.

Nathaniel L. Doliner practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, corporate governance, and joint ventures. His extensive mergers and acquisitions and joint venture experience includes work for technology companies, manufacturing companies, electric utilities, telecommunications companies, hospitals, and large physician practices.

Betsy Fahey is Senior Loss Prevention Counsel at ALAS and provides guidance to member firms in managing exposure to professional liability. At ALAS, she writes, speaks, and counsels on professional responsibility, cyber liability, and risk management topics.

W. Warren Hamel represents clients in white collar criminal defense, environmental criminal defense, and civil enforcement matters, conducting internal investigations, general civil litigation, and commercial and contract disputes.

W. Michael House concentrates his practice on legislative and regulatory matters before the U.S. Congress, White House, and various departments and independent agencies of the executive branch.

Darren Mott is a FBI Supervisory Special Agent with expertise in Cyber and Counterintelligence Threats and associated Risk Analysis. He is the manager of all counterintelligence matters for the FBI in Northern and Central Alabama as part of the Birmingham Division.

Andrew S. Nix focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and securities law. He represents both pri-vate and publicly held companies in mergers and acquisitions, as well as advising businesses in connec-tion with a broad range of general corporate matters, including corporate structure, formation and re-organization.

Virginia C. Patterson focuses her practice on the corporate, business and securities area. She advises clients on a wide variety of business issues, including organizational matters, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity financing and securities law compliance.

Deborah M. Pond is Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, a Coca-Cola bottler based in Florida. In this role, she has responsibility for all legal matters for the company, and she serves as a member of the company’s executive leadership team.

Anna L. Scully represents businesses, families, and individuals with the process of obtaining legal immigration status for key employees and loved ones, and complying with accompanying immigration regulations after the fact.

Geoffrey P. Vickers is a business and technology attorney representing domestic and global service providers and customers on general business and technology issues and complex sourcing arrangements, including assisting with developing business, operational and legal strategies, negotiating transactions, and developing operational structures.

Noah Waisberg is the CEO and Co-Founder of Kira Systems, a leading AI software company that helps thousands of professionals accurately extract information from contracts in less time. He is an expert on contract analysis, legal technology, and artificial intelligence.

Nolan K. Wilson is the Southeast Region Leader with Aon Professional Risk Solutions. He is responsible for identifying exposures and developing insurance and risk mitigation solutions related to technology errors and omissions, miscellaneous professional liability, media liability, network risk and intellectual property for all industry sectors.

Alister Wyld is an account director at Kira Systems where he is responsible for new business sales in theSoutheast, helping attorneys uncover key provisions from contracts with the use of Machine Learning software from Kira Systems.

Anthony P. Zana is Deputy General Counsel for Hexagon AB (HEXA B), a global provider of 3D solutions to design, measure and position objects, and to process and present data. He also serves as Vice President, General Counsel for Intergraph Corporation, a subsidiary of Hexagon AB and global provider of spatial information management technology and enterprise engineering software.
