It’s important for you all to keep working on your body, mind and soul. To stay healthy, we must stay busy physically and mentally. Knowing that we all need to get out of our house, even when you tell yourself I can’t or I don’t want to go out. Let’s try the buddy system this is something you may find valuable. Find someone in the center who you can trust and talk to. When you are at home and feel lonely pick up the phone and call them. We celebrated our 10 years anniversary in the center it was well put together, staff and volunteers did a wonderful job. Thanks to everyone that helped and came out. Please make sure you all continue to advocate for our South End Wellness Senior Center. Tell your friends and family members about the center and what we offer. I am thankful every day for this center I hope you all feel the same way.
