We are fortunate to have three partnerships all based in Jaén, so this trip will be cupping-focused with a

good balance of mill/farm visits. We will spend time with CENFROCAFE, Lima Coffees, and Pimcos; tasting

Microlots, Regional Select offerings, and FTO-certified coffees.

We are approaching this trip with a cupping-focused agenda, and a somewhat flexible schedule for visiting

farms—leaving open the possibility that quality on the cupping table might inspire producer meet-and-greets,

We have cuppings scheduled with all three partners: CENFROCAFE, Pimcos, and Lima Coffees.

Trip attendees will be responsible for:

• Booking/cost of international flights to and from Peru

• Booking/cost of in-country flights from Lima to Jaén, and Jaén to Lima

• Hotels: approximately $450–$500 USD - Lima, $200–$250/night for 1 night; Jaén, $50–$65/night, 4 nights

• Souvenirs and other incidentals.

• Café Imports will cover group meals and ground transport. Individuals may arrange private meals or transportation for themselves at their own expense.

Trip attendees are responsible for booking their own rooms at the hotel in Lima—this creates flexibility in the event of an extended stay, pre- or post-sourcing.

We will meet up and stay at Costa del Sol Wyndham Lima Airport Hotel: Please book a room for the night of October 1st.
