• When you post in a closed group, it only shows up for other people in that group
• Your friends do not see your closed group posts unless they are also in the group
• When you post in a public group it is visible and searchable for everyone

Select Image
• Best images relate to the industry your candidate works
• Images can’t have more than 20% text
• Images with people in them produce better results
• Don’t use a false play button
• Use your own logo, not a client’s logo, even with an exclusive
Write Copy
• Two types: Actual ad copy and job description copy
• Nothing deceptive or implying anything false
• Include link to landing page in text and link the image
• Compensation and benefits in the ad summary
• “I don’t need a resume” in the body of the job description
Build Page
• This is the tricky part. You’ll need a software provider or vendor
• Must provide the job advertisement to the candidate
• Must give them a place to enter their contact information and write you a message
• Focus on what’s important to them and not on the job requirement

• Name (mandatory)
