MMS Step by Step Installation
Step 1 : Place the MMS Bottom section on the flat roof floor level
Step 2 : Connect the Top section with bottom section by using M6 x 75 mm Hexagonal bolt & nut
Step 3 : Connect Mid section A2 with Bottom section by M6 x 75 mm Hexagonal bolts & Nuts, and then fix A2 section with Top section by M6 x 75 mm Hexagonal bolts & Nuts.
Step 4 : Connect Mid section A1 with Bottom section by M6 x 75 mm Hexagonal bolts & Nuts, and then fix A1 section with Top section by M6 x 75 mm Hexagonal bolts & Nuts.
Step 7 : Fix the Hex Head Bush Nut on the top section and
tightened with sqaure nut, then fix 1st Stopper ‘L’ Bracket on the front side of the MMS top section by using M6 x 16 mm Hexagonal Bolts & Nuts with washer
Step 8 : Place the MMS one by one with columnwise and rowwise as per your requirement, and connect the MMS on the floor by using M10 x 100 mm Foundation Anchor bolts.

Step 9 : Place first row PV on the MMS, next to first Stopper Step 10 : After placing the PV module on the MMS, then fix
‘L’ Bracket. Place and fix the 2nd Stopper “L’ Bracket next to
the End clamp and Mid clamp on the top side of the PV
1st PV on the MMS top section by using M6x16 mm
frame and tightened on the MMS by using M6 x 60 mm
Hexagonal Bolts & Nuts with washer. Airgap between two PV
hexagonal bolts and nuts with washer.
panels are 25 mm ,after fixing the 2nd Stopper ‘L’ Bracket.
Overall MMS with PV Module Installation completed
