Engagementwww.socialmediamanagement.net
Engagement indicates how appropriate your content was to its intended audience. The analytics presented in the Engagement category are comprised of actions your audience may take on the content we publish through SafetyNet. This includes actions like clicking through a link, leaving a comment, liking the content, replying, retweeting, and rating.
Engagementwww.socialmediamanagement.netWe measure how much engagement took place on a day to day basis
Reach www.socialmediamanagement.net
Reach counts the direct and indirect number of people your initiative is affecting. The metrics presented in the Reach category are comprised of both direct and indirect audience members seeing your content.
The direct audience includes numbers of friends, fans, followers, mentions, views, downloads, subscribers, and connections. The indirect audience includes numbers of people who could see a mention or a retweet. These numbers are comprised of the follower count of the person doing the retweeting or mentioning.
