Our mission is to provide affordable luxury for everyone.

To achieve affordable luxury, we felt our products needed to be flexible enough to meet the needs of a wide audience, durable to meet the varying climatic needs, and manageable with respect to cost to purchase and maintain. Our accessory dwellings, microhomes, and work studios have integrated sustainable systems, are built in a controlled environment, take only one day to setup, and provide immediate, sustainable, cash-flow for years.

Our accessory dwellings and studios are provisioned for off-grid or grid-tie setups, so they are suitable for both urban and rural settings. We also have a growing array of plug-ins which can further enhance your new home.

So, whether you want to age in place, downsize, add rental income, or add a creative space to the property you love, the one of our SNAP ADU series has a perfect solution for you.

Designed primarily for 1 person, however, it can easily sleep 3-4 people in the pinch. In most cases this drastically reduces the amount of project specific planning and designing, which saves you both time and money.

Over the years, we have compiled a dizzying number of other floor plans, for both residential, multifamily, and commercial that are not included in this brochure. Our team and affiliates have designed and built projects ranging from major renovations, new construction, container homes, dome homes, tenant improvements etc..
