Remote Monitoring CapabilitySVMs are equipped with a cloud based software that monitors revenue, stock levels and service needs.

You are notified if your SVM is shut down or malfunctions.

Your software agreement provides regular monitoring and updates by the manufacturer.

Revenue DepositsElectronic payments from any source are deposited into your bank account weekly on Friday or as determined by your choice of processing authority.

Your revenue is reduced slightly by the transaction fees generated by your processing authority since it cannot be passed on to the drink purchaser. The fee can be as low as 22.5 cents per $5 drink, but can be higher if you require immediate deposits.

Smoothie Fruit PackagingSmoothie puree’ and stevia is contained in our proprietary aseptic, double lined bags inside our specialty protective cardboard boxes (BIB). These fit easily in designated slots inside the SVM.

The BIBs are maintained at 41°F (5°C) and never frozen. Shelf life is up to 18 months stored in standard room temperature. Each BIB has a closed delivery system that is never exposed, eliminating spoilage.

Who services and maintains the smoothie vending machine (SVM)?Our owners maintain the SVM from service and cleaning to restocking.

Does the SVM require any onsite storage or refrigeration?No, our fruit is brought in by our owners and then placed in our temperature con-trolled machine. We also bring in ice, cups, straws and lids as needed.

Does the SVM require direct plumbing?No, the SVM does not require any direct plumbing.

Does the SVM accept or hold cash?No, we only accept cashless electronic payments.

What is in a fresh fruit smoothie and how are they made ?Our SVM mixes the whole pulp of six (6) different fruits into nine (9) different smoothie combinations (mango/pineapple/ banana. etc.). We do not add any cane sugar, juice, preservatives or chemical additives. We only serve fresh fruit puree with natural non-caloric Stevia sweetener and ice.

What is the capacity and performance of a SVM?The SVM can serve 150 smoothies in 16 oz. Cups before having to be serviced. Our cloud management software notifies our owners of the inventory and any service needs. Each takes approximately 60 seconds to create and dispense.

Does the SVM have a self-cleaning mechanism?Yes, the SVM comes equipped with a self-cleaning mechanism that removes any remaining fruit after an order is completed. This ensures that each customized order maintains the proper flavor profile and no residual mix is left in the dispensing spigot.
