The patented SmartFix quick-change system has been developed by EIRICH in order to ena-ble quick and easy replacement of beaters.

Benefits• Replacement of individual beaters within shortest times – with drastic savings in terms of installation time

• You only need to replace the components that actually need to be replaced: selective replacement of beaters without releasing the tension on the entire system.

• It is possible to „reposition“ beaters. As a result, the wear reserves of the beaters can be fully exploited in less stressed zones, leading to significant savings.

With SmartFix, the installation of beaters could not be easier: Remove the sealing plugs, undo two bolts, press out the ten-sioning shim wedge with the aid of a bolt, remove the old beater and you are ready to install the new beater.

The conversion to SmartFix is quite simple:

You usually simply continue using the following parts:

• Shaft

• Protection hood

• Existing clamping device

Different types of wear protection are used de-pending on the type of stress associated with the application and the product materials involved.

The different types of wear protection are each designed for the maximum service lifes of the beaters used for each application and are constantly improved as well.

All of the work of applying the wear protection is carried out inhouse in the EIRICH workshops specifically set up for the job – the best guarantee for quality and reliability. The use of original parts for the beaters pays for itself very quickly – accept nothing less! In addition to the types of wear protection shown on the right, special armoring versions are also available (e.g. stainless steel).
