    USE Resourcefulness & Initiative

Many of us always wait forsomeone to initiate or care us .

But those who are successful are

the ones who takes the initiative todo whatever is necessary / to get

    the job done.

    i.e. they use their R & I(Resourcefulness and Initiative),to be successful.

    PROACTIVITY

Simply try the principle of proactively

    and see what happens:

Make small commitments and keep them

Be a model, not a critic.

Be part of solution, not part of problem.

Dont argue for other peoples weaknesses

When you make a mistake, admit it, correct it andlearn from it immediately.

Dont get into a blaming, accusing mode.

Work on the things you have control over.

    Work on you.
