    Fluffy SLime

1/2 Cup of White Washable PVA School Glue

3 Cups of Foaming Shaving Cream

    1/4-1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Soda

    Food Coloring

    1 Tablespoon of Saline Solution

Bowl, Spoon, Measuring Cups and Spoons

    You Will Need

    How to make fluffy slime

1: Measure 3-4 heaping cups of shaving cream into a bowl. You can also experiment with using

less shaving cream for different textures!

2: Add color. We used neon food coloring, but there are many choices.

3: Next, add 1/2 cup of glue to the shaving cream and mix.

4: Add 1/2 tsp of baking soda and mix.

5: Add 1 tablespoon of the saline solution to the mixture and start whipping!

6: Once you get the mixture thoroughly whipped and incorporated, you can pull it out with

    your hands!

    Saline SLime

1/2 Cup Clear or White PVA School Glue

    1 Tablespoon Saline Solution

    1/2 Cup of Water

    1/4-1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda

Food Coloring, Confetti, Glitter, or Other

    Fun Mix-ins

Bowl, Spoon, Measuring Cups and Spoons

    You Will Need

    How to make saline slime

1: In a bowl mix 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of glue until completely combined.

2: Add color, glitter, or confetti, if desired. Remember when you add color to white glue, the color

will be lighter. Use clear glue for jewel toned colors.

3: Stir in 1/4- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.. Baking soda helps to firm and form the slime. You can

play around with how much you add but we prefer between 1/4 and 1/2 tsp per batch.

4: Mix in one tablespoon saline solution and stir until slime forms and pulls away from sides of the

bowl. This is exactly how much you will need with the Target Sensitive Eyes brand, but other brands

    may differ slightly!

5: Start kneading your slime! It will appear stringy at first but just work it around with your

hands and you will notice the consistency changes. You can also put it in a clean container and

set it aside for three minutes, and you will notice the change in consistency!.

    Liquid starch SLime

1/2 Cup of Elmer’s Washable PVA Clear Glue

    or White Glue

    1/4-1/2 Cup of Liquid Starch

    1/2 Cup of Water

Food Coloring, Confetti, Glitter, or Other

    Fun Mix-ins

Bowl, Spoon, Measuring Cups and Spoons

    You Will Need

How to make liquid starch slime

1: In a bowl mix 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of glue (mix well to combine completely).

2: Add color, glitter, or confetti! Remember, when you add color to white glue, the color will be

lighter. Use clear glue for jewel-toned colors. You can never add too much glitter! Mix the

glitter and color into the glue and water mixture.

3: Pour in 1/4 cup of liquid starch. You will see the slime immediately start to form. Keep

stirring until you have a gooey blob of slime. The liquid should be gone! If you have Sta-Flo

brand liquid starch you may need more starch! All brands are different. We use Lin-it

    brand.

4: Start kneading your slime! It will appear stringy at first but just work it around with your

hands and you will notice the consistency changes. You can also put it in a clean container

and set it aside for 3 minutes, and you will also notice the change in consistency!

    Borax SLime

    1/4 Teaspoon Borax Powder

1/2 Cup Elmer’s Clear or White Washable

    PVA School Glue

1 Cup of Water Divided into 1/2 Cups

Food Coloring, Confetti, Glitter, or Other

    Fun Mix-ins

3 Bowls, Spoon, Measuring Cups and

    Spoons

    You Will Need

    How to make borax slime

1: Dissolve 1/4 teaspoon of Borax powder into 1/2 cup of warm water in one of the three

bowls. Mix this thoroughly. Note: We have recently tinkered with our recipe and found that

for a better oozing slime, 1/4 teaspoon of Borax powder is best. If using clear glue,

always use 1/4 teaspoon. If you like a firmer slime and are using white glue, we

experimented and one teaspoon makes a much firmer (putty like) slime.

2: In the second bowl measure out about 1/2 cup of clear glue and mix with 1/2 cup of

    water until well mixed.

3: Pour the borax/water mixture into glue/water mixture and stir it up!

4: You will see it come together right away. It will seem stringy and clumpy, but that’s okay.

    Remove from bowl.

5: Spend a few minutes kneading the mixture together. You may have leftover borax solution.

6: Store in a clean container with cover.

    Cloud slime

1/2 Cup of Clear or White PVA School Glue

    1/4 Cup of Liquid Starch

    1/2 Cup of Water

    Food Coloring

    Instant Snow

    Measuring Cups, Spoon, and Bowls

    You Will Need

How to make Cloud slime 1: Add 1/2 cup of glue to your bowl.

2: Slowly mix in 1/4 cup of liquid starch and stir until slime forms.

3: Make your instant snow by following the instructions on the package. If desired, add food

    coloring to the water.

4: Add about 1/2 cup of instant snow to your base slime and enjoy the satisfying mix.

    Slime making tips

If your cloud slime still feels too sticky, you need more activator or liquid starch. Be careful,

and add just a little at a time until you get the consistency you want. If you add too much liquid

starch, your slime will become stiff and rubbery. You can always add, but you can’t take away.

The first time you make slime usually needs some experimentation to find the slimy consistency

    that’s right for you.

    Crunchy slime

1/2 Cup of Clear or White PVA School Glue

1 Tablespoon Saline Solution must contain boric acid and sodium borate

    1/2 Cup of Water

    1/4-1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda

    Food Coloring

    1/3 Cup of Fishbowl Beads

    Measuring Cups, Spoons, and Bowls

    You Will Need

    How to make CRUNCHY slime

1: In a bowl mix 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of glue. Combine completely.

    2: Add food coloring.

3: Stir in 1/4-1/2 teaspoon baking soda and mix well. Baking soda helps to firm and form the

slime. You can play around with how much you add, but we prefer between 1/4 and 1/2

teaspoon per batch. Baking soda helps to improve the firmness of the slime. You can experi-

    ment with your own ratios.

4: Add 1/3 cup of the crunchy fishbowl beads to the mixture and stir. If you add too many,

they will make the slime more brittle and it won’t have an awesome stretch. Plus, the excess may

fall out as you play. You will still get a few beads that want to fall out. But for the most part,

they stay in the slime nicely.

5: Mix in 1 tablespoon of the saline solution and stir until the slime forms and pulls away from

    sides of the bowl.

    Smooth butter slime

1/2 Cup of PVA White Glue

    1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda

    Food Coloring

2 ounces of Soft Modeling Clay

    1 Tablespoon of Saline Solution

    Measuring Cups, Spoons, and Bowls

    You Will Need

How to make smooth butter slime

1: Add 1/2 cup of glue to your bowl.

2: Mix the glue with 1/2 cup of water.

3: Add food coloring, as desired.

4: Stir in 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.

5: Mix in 1 tablespoon saline solution and stir until slime forms and pulls away from sides of bowl.

6: Once your slime is made, you can knead in your soft clay. This will take a few minutes. Work hard

    to get it mixed well.

Slime making tips The denser the clay, the less you will want to use. A less dense clay will require you to use more.

Feel free to experiment with the consistency you like the most.

We have experimented with two different amounts of the Crayola Model Magic clay and found that

mixing 1/3 of a standard four ounce packaged worked nicely.

    Floam slime

1/2 Cup of Clear or White PVA School Glue

    1/2 Cup Water

    1/4 Cup Liquid Starch

    1-2 Cups Polystyrene Foam Beads

    Liquid Food Coloring

    1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda

    Measuring Cups, Spoons, and Bowls

    You Will Need

    How to make floam slime

1: Combine 1/2 cup of glue with 1/2 cup of water in a bowl. Mix well.

    2: Add food coloring

3: Add 1-2 cups foam beads to make your floam.

4: Add 1/4 cup of liquid starch and stir, stir, stir!

You will see that the slime forms immediately as you add the starch to the glue mixture. Give it a

good stir and most of the liquid will be incorporated.

    Slime making tip

We like using the neon food coloring found in the baking aisle of any local grocery store! The neon

colors are always so bright and vibrant. Remember when using the white glue, you will need extra

food coloring for deeper colors, but start with a few drops at a time.
